Business offices are located at Shrine of St. Anne at the corner of East Clay St and 515 South Main St. (The church buildings are separated by I-84 at 900 ft.) Saint Francis Xavier Church is located at 625 Baldwin St., Waterbury, CT at the corner of Baldwin St. and Washington St.
